Què li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei
The hotel has a lovely ambience. The staff are mostly friendly and polite. Overall the hotel is clean and well kept. But i feel the drains in the shower were giving a foul smell . Breakfast was not too bad. Fresh omelette made to our preference. And fresh crepes . Although lots of fruit flies around the salad and flies in general around while eating our breakfast( i think maybe invest in fly zappers around the property) . One of our last days the sausages weren't cooked all the way through so we left with upset tummies. The waiters were lovely and did bring coffee and juice to us daily at the table.
There was no kettle with tea/coffee available in the rooms like most hotels have. Only 1 coffee pod machine with 1 pod (had to pay extra if topped up) That was a little disappointing that if i wanted a tea/coffee i would have to order room service. When we arrived there was only one small bottle of water even though there were 2 of us.
The lights to the pool were never on in the evening so couldn't really sit by the pool in the night.
We did get a hammam in the hotel spa which was very nice.
