"We rented this cabin due to hotels booked in the area while our guys looked at an upcoming job in the area. Between the beautiful cabin, responsive host, and over all fantastic experience we didn't even try the hotel we rebooked for another week."

"Location was great, host was very communicative and accommodating. Cabin was perfect for our needs for a weekend getaway and the place was stocked with anything you could think of. Like impossibly thoughtful in this way. Only challenge was getting into the driveway which is a bit precarious but very much a minor detail in the scheme of things. Would recommend and would visit again."

"The cabin was perfect for the weekend we had planned. It's clean and well stocked, pictures don't do it justice. The grounds are beautiful and the river access is excellent for wading. It's a quiet and peaceful retreat and Andy is an excellent host. We'll be back!"

"Absolutely enchanting property!Every detail of this property was perfect! The home itself was beautiful and wonderfully interesting. The house was clean and comfortable, and anything that we could anticipate was laid out in the guest binder. The surrounding property was also serene. There was plenty of local wildlife to see from the decks and patio, not to mention the woods beyond. Gorgeous enough to keep two teenagers engaged and happy! It made for a perfect escape. "August 9 - 16Extended family reunion. 18 adults and 2 children staying in 4 cabins on the property. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. Well equiped kitchens. Limited kitchen facilities in club house, however we had most of our group meals in Eagle Manor. "What a terrific time we had at the house! We are a family of 6 adults and 2 young children gathering in Binghamton for a get together. The location was perfect.. centrally located and historic. The house was well appointed.. every detail was thought of, the decor was comfy and quirky and we loved the coffee bar! "attended the blue's festival was a great time. we were right across the street from it a short walk. the apartment was an old Victorian home with charm. there was a couple things that needed repair, the kitchen faucet came off and the floors were dirty. We were not in the apartment very much so it really wasn't a big deal"
