"When I arrived on Thursday there was no receptionist, no one there to help me check in. I think some random cleaner had the code to open the room I was staying at for the night. I asked if there was a restaurant or a place to eat for dinner and breakfast the next morning. All the person had to say was there was a Sainsbury store where the gas station was across the street, if I wanted to buy food. Very disappointed, stay away from this hotel like the plague!"
