"This property was exactly as described - very charming property. Entire house was super clean and well equipped. Lots of kitchen gadgets available. Everything was in great working order and the whole house seemed fresh. AC worked during the hot days. House was easy to find and conveniently located just off a major street to take us to many restaurants and the highways. If we are in the Caldwell area, we would definitely stay here again!"

"We truly loved this place! Had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the master suite. The owner is very responsive. We only had one issue. I am allergic to scents and cleaners. When we walked in there was a very strong chemical smell. We notified the owner who wanted to make it right and have someone come clean it again. We chose to try and air it out, which had limited success, but that’s on me! We determined it was the cleaner, and the air freshener that was used. If you have issues,...

"Very nice place to stay for two retired teachers coming to visit their alma mater, the College of Idaho. The little house was well furnished, the bed was wonderful, the host was very responsive. "

"This was perfect for our needs. We attended the state track meet in Middleton. This place was close to the track and close to our favorite restaurants. It is very close to the highway, but could barely hear it. If it is open next year we will dtay here again!"

"This place will be on the list to find the next time we're in town! I wish all spaces were treated this way! It was very comfortable, well furnished! And it was close enough to things that we didn't feel distant from places, but far enough away to feel relaxed being outside. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in Caldwell. Especially for the price! It's unbeatable! "
