"I thought it was going to be hard to find parking in this area, so close to the Riverwalk, but parking was easily available to find and very close to the apartment!Probably just myself and not understanding the directions clearly at first after a long late drive, but I found the door combinations were JUST ever so slightly confusing at first when I arrived at the building. "We had a great stay at the property for a weekend getaway. We frequent the area and are glad we chose this place to stay. The backyard was where we spent most of our time while at the property, with the spacious covered deck, cowboy pool, and play set it was a hit with all of us. "This house is actually split into 2 . A front house rental and a back house rental. When we arrived, we thought there were residents in the back rental, until someone started to walk up on the front porch and attempt use a code to access our portion of the rental. There was no indication on how the back house could be accessed. It was cleared up quickly, but the gentleman was not aware of the second access location. "Central location from the airport or river walk and any other activities, Big plus is the beautiful neighborhood and added security from the police station that is close by, Will definitely stay there again. "Be careful with the pictures because, This was NOT the booking we arrived at (VERY disappointed) although the owner for the property is a EXTRA sweet guy. The room was unprepared, the lighting in the place wasn’t working, maintenance was IN there already when we arrived to fix it. So they were in our way of resting and getting ourselves together. The apartment was so small.The shower water pressure was POOR so, my shower took way longer. The area was cute. The people were nosy n funny looking...
