Soak Up the Vintage Vibes in a Bluestone CBD Cottage

This character-filled cottage features three comfortable bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and multiple inviting living spaces, achieving the ideal balance between classic charm and modern touch. Upon entering, you’ll find the main bedroom with a queen-sized bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan and two bedside tables with lamps. The second bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a ceiling fan, while the third bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a cosy armchair for added comfort.

Opposite the third bedroom is a charming second sitting area, complete with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a vintage fireplace with a functional heater. The shelves are adorned with homey touches like books and candles. Adding a warm and inviting atmosphere to the space.

Through the archway, the main living area awaits, featuring a four-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, a TV and an entertainment unit. Rustic teapots, a vintage radio and tasteful decor enhance the room`s unique character. The split system air conditioning and downlights create a comfortable and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Continue into the open kitchen and dining area, where modern amenities meet vintage charm. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the basic cookware and dinnerware you need. The dining area includes a six-seater table with vintage-style decor, making it an ideal spot for family meals or entertaining friends.

The bathroom includes a shower over a bath, basin, cabinet and a mirror. There’s also a separate room with an additional basin and toilet for added convenience. The laundry features a washing machine, dryer and sink ensuring convenience for extended stays.
Step outside to the delightful courtyard, featuring a decked area with a four-seater table and a charming vintage-style metal chaise lounge on wheels. Surrounded by characterful touches, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
