We are a 10-minute walk to Glanville Hall and it's adjacent Par 3 Golf Course. Semaphore Sea Breeze is also a quick stroll to the train station or bus stop for a speedy commute into Adelaide Central Market, Museums and Festivals.

For the more adventurer's why not walk down to Semaphore South and watch parachuters landing (flights leave from Parafield). Or bring your Windsurfer, SUP board or kayak and check out Semaphore Beach, West Lakes or Garden Island Dolphin Sanctuary from another angle! Take a tour of Historical Fort Glanville. Top of the day with a refreshing sundowner and affordable meal on the balcony of the Semaphore Surf Life Saving Club, or quick hit of Tennis at Point Malcolm Reserve

Why not check out Port Adelaide which is a 30 minute stroll or 5 minutes by car. With it's beautiful architecture, funky cafes and inviting beer gardens. There is plenty to do for the young at heart with the South Australian Maritime Museum, National Railway Museum, South Australian Aviation Museum and Clipper Ship, or just take a relaxing walk to check out World Class Murals (Wonderwalls of Port Adelaide). Why not spend a day out at sea on a Tall ship, or just a few hours on the dolphin explorer. Maybe scare yourself on a Ghost Tour

Only 35 minutes away is the Penfolds Magill Estate Cellar Door or the National Wine Center. In less than a one hour commute, you will find the wine havens of the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale, or the historic German village of Hahndorf in the scenic Adelaide Hills and boutique wineries.

Featuring four bedrooms (two king, one queen, one single), you will enjoy a blissful night’s sleep with the help of block-out curtains, roller shutters, triple glazed windows in every bedroom, and luxury memory foam mattresses.

Semaphore Sea Breeze has two full bathrooms, one featuring underfloor heating and a double rain shower, whilst the other has a separate bath and shower.

Cap off your day with a BBQ under the peaceful patio or relax in the four meter long swim spa. Heated year round, the swim spa temperature is at your discretion. Set it to 38 degrees for warmth during cold winter nights or to 28 degrees, a temperature perfect for your summer swim session. If the kids aren’t in the swim spa then toys will keep them occupied for hours.

With this property boasting something for everyone, guests have no choice but to relax and unwind in total luxury. In the morning, hit repeat, and do it all again.

Please note that infants that are in a port-a-cot, (we can provide) are free of charge. Our port-a-cot is rated for infants up to 13kg and less than 86cm tall. So please don't include them when booking. Although please let me know, so I am sure to include enough towels and supply a high chair etc.
