Sue is an extremely welcoming host. Provides everything you could need and very responsive beforehand.The place is lovely, including the refreshing small pool. Good breakfast including homemade fig and ginger jam!Location also very good - you can walk into town through the lovely Botanic Gardens.

She drove Steve to the Adelaide Oval to save him from walking in the extraordinary heat and collected him with a refreshing cold beer after a stressful days play (from an England perspective!). Thank you Sue for welcoming us to your wonderful home and City.

Excellent experience all round! Lovely accommodation, great breakfasts and very friendly host who couldn’t do enough for us. Let’s not forget Bonnie our ‘dog host’! Overall a fantastic few days. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Sue was a very gracious and helpful hostess. She went out of her way to help us and treated us like extended family , she was lovely! Garden retreat close to the city

A supremely quiet and relaxing refuge in a beautifully landscaped private garden close to the River Torrens Linear Trail providing wonderful walking, jogging and cycling opportunities and easy access to the University of Adelaide. Sue is the kindest, most gracious and generous of hosts. I cannot recommend her B&B warmly enough.

Remarkable Sue

Treated like family. Private quiet and many luxurious aspects. Sue is the ‘hostess with the mostest’ and Bonnie the golden Labrador is such a loveable character who ‘adopted’ us. Lazing in the pool and champers and nibbles on the patio. Heaven. Shshsh. Keep it secret! We want to go back!

Felt like home, so warm & comfortable. The accommodations were fabulous, but, the best was Sue our incredible Host & her partner, “Bonnie”, a 3-yr. old Labrador. Don’t miss staying at this amazing B & B!

Fantastic weekend away

We had an amazing weekend and Sue was just lovely. Sue was caring, loved to share some of her life experiences with us. Breakfast was amazing and we loved sitting outside by the pool and in the garden. While Sue did spend time with us she was very mindful of us wanting some time to ourselves. She was always extremely respectful of that. I will stay there again and would recommend to my friends.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast

What a great spot. Only 2km from town and close to Botanic Gardens. The suburb is so nice and quiet. Sue looked after us cooking us breakfast every day and even prepared a brekky box for us for our trip back home as we were leaving early. Sue is the most wonderful host and we enjoyed our chats with her and Bonnie in the mornings. Thanks Sue for being a wonderful host.

Superb in every way. Amazing hosting, beautiful room set in immaculate gardens, breakfasts made to choice. Thoroughly recommend, and I'll be back. However, I was disappointed by having the full 5-night stay cost subtracted by the booking agent from my credit card, well in advance of my stay. This is not on, in my opinion. A deposit,, fine. Full amount? No.

Truly wonderful B&B with sweetest Host

Sue made sure all of our possible needs were met before we even got there, arranging for our tours and recommending restaurants. Beautiful backyard with pool and outside dining area but it was winter so we ate in the warmth of Sue’s kitchen. Close to everything and we walked to many places.

Paradise in College Park S.A.

Sue & Phil have the most magnificent home in College Park South Australia. Their hospitality and lovely gestures were amazing. Had a lovely time in their home. The garden view is excellent and Sue’s breakfast was delightful. Thankyou Sue & Selina and of course Bonnie the Labrador pup. 10/10.
