Step inside and walk up the stairs to the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen and living area. The living room on the left is a welcoming space, featuring a two-seater couch, three comfortable armchairs and a modern black glass entertainment unit with a mounted TV. A floor lamp and side table add to the ambience, while a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair and lamp offers a quiet spot for catching up on work or planning your next outing.

Moving into the kitchen, you’ll find a six-seater dining table, perfect for shared meals, along with two bar stools at the island bench for casual dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the essential cookware and diningware. A discreetly placed washing machine and dryer ensure convenience for longer stays.

Through the kitchen, you’ll come to the bathroom, designed with functionality and style in mind. It features a spacious shower, a toilet, a sleek basin, a mirror and a storage cabinet to keep your essentials organised.

Heading up three small stairs, you’ll find an additional storage cupboard before entering the main bedroom. This spacious retreat is furnished with a queen-size bed, a single bed and a dressing table with a mirror. Three bedside tables with lamps provide soft lighting, while a built-in mirrored wardrobe offers ample storage. A ceiling fan keeps the space comfortable and although the fireplace is decorative, it adds to the charm of the room. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

Excellent two-bedroom unit. Very clean and well maintained, with fast and friendly communication from the managing company. The apartment has a generous lounge and dining area with an open kitchen, making it feel spacious and comfortable for a family stay. The air conditioning and fans were a real highlight — especially during a week of very hot weather (30s and 40s), which made the stay extremely comfortable. The only thing to note is the steep stairway leading up to the property, and a few internal steps within the apartment. This wasn’t an issue for me or my young children, but may be something to consider for guests with mobility concerns. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.
