Good property needs parking off street the outside would benefit with some love the backyard could be great with some effort otherwise well presented clean easy to live in, clear concise information from ownerLocated on busy road and near jetty road shops easy walk

The property is very lovely, spacious and clean. We enjoyed staying there as the location is very close to shops and the beach, and it took us 25 min walking to get to them.. Highly recommend

Whilst the location was great and central to everything the traffic noise of a night was horrible. The unit was clean on the surface but don't look closely at anything or moveanything - had to wash all of the crockery/cutlery and cupboards before use. The bathroom and extra toilet were excellent particularly for 4 people. Laundry and outdoor area were great especially when staying for a few days. The bed mattresses and lounges badly need upgrading as do the pillows (some of which needed binning). Laundry light didn't work, no gas for the BBQ, not enough cutlery for 4 people, doors wouldn't close, some fans did not work. We were here to see the sights with family over from Sydney and as this was a last minute booking (due to the owner of our original booking deciding to use their beach side unit themselves with only 5 days notice) we were appreciative of being able to get something so we were out and about most of the time.

A bit in need of attention.(Broken draw in lounge area, shutters and blinds. I must take a shifting spanner next time I travel because most tap caps in average places invariably need tightening). Departure instructions asked that we fill and run the dishwasher Which was bit difficult as we couldn’t find it. Great location, a pity that the yard felt like I think a prison yard must feel like.

Lovely fresh bed linen and towels appreciated As I renovate properties was dismayed why old curtains and rails had not been taken down walls patched and painted and understand on busy road but outside not appropriately clean nor garden tidy Such potential as so close to Jetty Road😊

No driveway spoilt the whole experience for us we had a brand new car the side street where we parked was so narrow and had to share with other cars & the street was on the corner of Brighton Road (extremely busy) Shower was impossible to regulate ended up having a bath Do dryer or dishwasher

I have been staying with Stayz accommodation many time but this one is the one of the worst accommodation I ever come across and will never book my holiday through Stayz ever. We are living in a ice box for our 3 nights never have heating in the whole house and how you expect someone live in a freezing day and night,don’t even supply milk for our coffee.To be honest I never recommend to all my o all my to book accommodation from Stayz ever. I am so glad to leave the horrible place. The place is shocking

Great location, quite loud though with road noise on weekend. Nice and tidy/clean. Needed more blankets and just needed milk for our cups of tea on arrival. Overall experience was really good.

This location was fantastic. Walking distance to beach, PT, activities and shops. Apartment stylishly decorated in older style charming building. Small private garden. Only drawback was the consistent traffic noise being on a main road. Recommended

Location is excellent, walking distance to Jetty Rd shops and restaurants and Glenelg beach/pier. Well appointed unit, with good kitchen appliances/pots and pans provided. No dishwasher though (which was fine). Two toilets in the unit is always a plus. Beds were really comfortable. Good value for money.
