"Very nice stay! 3 lofts above a great market/cafe making it easy and convenient. Check-in was easy with quick communication with property personnel via texts. Parking was so easy and free, many open spots - got one right next to door entrance. Executive suite was beautiful and clean. Definitely recommend. "

"Great location. Minutes from town and beaches. Favorite part is the privacy and peaceful space. Back porch faces the woods and you can hear the ocean.A couple of deer greeted us each morning."

"We loved our stay here! The property itself was clean, comfy and well-appointed. The host was kind, left some amazing local treats for us and was extremely communicative. Bonus! There are many adorable animals on site, and if you don’t hang out with Helios the horse for a few minutes, you’re really missing out!"

"The house is great. Beds were comfortable. The views from the balcolny are great. The stairs are a little steep going up to the 2nd level of the home. Other than that it was cozy."

"Very nicely furnished and clean home with amazing ocean views and short walk to the beach."

"GREAT communication! Excellent location. Walk to the Embarcadero (the main street), the rock and the beach. See the rock from the patio and the living room. All the comforts of home. Perfect for a couple w/ a doggie and/or a kid or 2."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay … the house is fully stocked, clean, comfortable and in a great location. It’s a short walk to downtown and the neighborhood is quiet. We took advantage of the outdoor space in the front yard … love the chandelier hanging from the tree. Would definitely consider coming back."

"It was a lovely place, so quiet and peaceful. The view was great with beautiful sunsets. The deer, wild turkeys and array of birds were an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. "

"Great beach house for our family, Very clean and good amenities. Some better pictures of the rooms and layout of the upstairs, downstairs and outside would help with trip planning. The view is spectacular. "

"This place is lovely! Everything was clean and well equipped. I would give the property and the host 5 stars. I've given only 4 because it was too cold to sleep in the tipi and there was not enough bedding. "

"This location was very walkable to many restaurants and shops in the area. It was nice to have a parking space that you dont have to fight for in the street. Anyone who has been to Morro Bay in the high season knows what a pain parking can be. The apartment is very small but it was good for just the two of us and the dogs. There is not a lot of room in the bedroom for larger suitcases unless you plan to unpack and store them closet. There is a dresser so you could do that. I also only saw towels...

"Loved it.....only recommendation is to add instructions about turning the lock knob after entering code for those unfamiliar.....the instructions were in the book but good to include in email. Also the roll away bed could use a new mattress."

"Everything was wonderful and clean. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking pots, pans, bowls, and utensils. The third bedroom with bath could totally use a queen or king size bed as one of the beds in the room. There is definitely the space and would be more comfortable for a couple. We were happy with everything. Thank you. "
