My wife and I brought her 80 year old parents and our two teens - everyone enjoyed the beautiful setting. "This property is so perfectly aesthetic it’s like living in a decor magazine but still functional- things actually work and are comfortable as well as looking nice. "The location of this condo is unique in that you are not directly looking down on the beach and parking lot due to a roof of the lower condo in front of the 2nd floor patio, but directly onto the ocean beyond the beach. It gives it a more secluded private feeling while being in the middle of everything at the tiny beach town of Cayucos, which we loved. The condo has everything we needed. "We had an absolutely amazing stay at this rental! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described — clean, cozy, and incredibly peaceful. The best part, hands down, was the private access to the lake. We spent our time swimming, paddle boarding, fishing and just soaking in the tranquility.The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels. "We loved this place! Exactly as advertised and the owner instantly answered all our questions. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen and we were able to cook many meals here and saved hundreds of dollars on dining out costs. The hub tub in the back was an added nice touch and we enjoyed it every night. Finally, this house was ideal for our medium size dog. She loved the back yard and was very relaxed here. "Every year my parents, my husband and my self. Head over to Morro Bay for 3 or more days and go out fishing on the Black Pearl in Morro Bay. This place very cozy and was in the perfect location. We loved staying here. We will definitely look into booking it again for next year's trip. "
