  • Very spacious apartment perfect for a family with 3 children.
    3 bedrooms, 2 bathroomq, large terrace with blind.
    2 large pools, one heated and two pools for children.
    A beautiful bar at the pool where you can also enjoy good food in peace.
    Many activities nearby: Golf, walking, paragliding, recreational parks, whales and dolphins tours, beaches, surfing, kite surfing ...
    Equipped with a closed parking, the residence is very secure with a guard every night.

    The apartment is equipped with satellite TV (international channels), WIFI (new October 2016), a microwave, a large dishwasher in a kitchen installed early 2016, tumble dryer, washing machine.

The facility was fantastic. The pool areas always clean and available. The restaurant in the pool artea was one of the best that I have e ver been to. Great service and great food. The facility is very walkable to everything and close to the ocean.

Loved the weeks stay here. Comfortable accommodation with everything you need. Great location with pools and safe environment. Town is quieter than other busier locations but has its own charm. Easy access to motorway for day trips. Recommend highly. Thank you

Family of 5, spacious and clean appartment. We had a slight issue with a missing key but this was resolved quickly on contacting the host. Great stay, would recommend to anyone if you want a relaxed holiday, we will back back, thank you

Nice holiday

We had a nice holiday here with my family. In general everything was great, location is quiet but that was really good because the island was compleately full with tourists and we wanted some relax. Cleaning could be improved a bit but it was Ok. My only problem was the very cold water in pools…

Duplex en una urbanización espectacular

El duplex estaba bien, con cocina americana y preciosa terraza, la urbanización tiene 3 piscinas y un chiringuito donde sirven cockteles y se puede comer con una carta que no desmerece a ningún restaurante de la zona.

Family Friendly Spacious Apartment

Very clean and well presented. Great apartment for those with kids on a very secure and safe complex. The pool bar is the best for food I've known and having visited many apartments on the island over the years we are certain to use this one again. Great, 5 star.

Séjour agréable

Appartement duplex spacieux et bien équipé, la résidence est agréable et paisible, a de chouettes piscines dont 1 chauffée et un bar/resto sympa. Les plages à proximité sont petites et rocheuses, mais en 10min de voiture il y a d’autres plages de sable. Plusieurs supermarchés aux alentours.Certains équipements devraient cependant être remplacés/ renouvelés, le nettoyage était ok mais un peu plus profond ne ferait pas de mal (sous les lits par ex) Satisfaits de notre séjour et reviendrions avec plaisir

Drei wunderbare Wochen in einer perfekten Wohnung

Es waren drei traumhafte Wochen in einer für uns perfekten Wohnung. So eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung hatte ich in den 6 malen, die wir in dieser Anlage verbracht haben, noch nie. Sowohl die Hausdame als auch der Besitzer haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, standen uns bei Fragen immer sehr schnell zur Seite. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Only disappointment was we weren’t told check out time before we booked and had to leave by 9:30 . If I had know that I would have booked an extra day as we had a late flight . Also wasn’t given any instruction for Saftey deposit box . Villa was fab apart from that

Overall, this is a nice property with a lot going for it, but unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a major issue.On the positive side, the apartment itself is spacious and generally well-equipped for a week-long stay. The resort amenities are great—nice pools, a bar/restaurant area, and a very quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The location in Tenerife is also excellent if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful but still within reach of activities. We had most of what we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, laundry, and general comforts.However, on day 2 we noticed bugs coming out of the cracks around the upstairs shower. After taking a closer look, it became clear they were cockroaches. This wasn’t just a one-off sighting—there were multiple insects coming from the same area. Unfortunately, this made us feel very uncomfortable continuing our stay.In hindsight, we should have taken it as a warning sign that there were two nearly empty cans of roach spray already under the kitchen sink.Due to this issue, we decided we could not stay for the remainder of our trip and ended up checking into a nearby hotel instead.If the pest problem were properly addressed, this could be a great place to stay. But until then, it’s difficult to recommend.

Family Stay

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The mini split services the lower floor only and we found the upstairs (bedroom, kitchen and living room) to be quite warm for September. We had a plumbing issue which the owner addressed within a day and a question which was responded to virtually immediately. 😃 Some pool towels would have been nice. The patios are next to each other and your experience can be impacted by who is staying in the adjoining units. The white leather sofa could use a cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Urlaub in Playa Paraiso / Costa Adeje

Die Unterkunft befindet sich innerhalb einer sehr schönen, gepflegten und geschützten Appartmann-Anlage mit mehreren Pools und einem Restaurant. Wir waren mit Kindern und einer Freundin da und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr konfortalbell eingerichtet. Dank der Vermieter, Fred, haben wir voraus alle wichtige Informationen bekommen, darüber hinaus hat uns ein paar Ausflugstipps auch gegeben. Valentina hat uns erwartet, die sehr freundlich und hilfbereit war. Die Betten haben wir sehr bequem empfunden. Das ist aber Geschacksache. Vielen Dank auf diesem Weg auch an Fred und Valentina, die uns es ermöglicht haben einen tollen Urlaub bei Ihnen zu verbringen. Merci! Gracias!

Modern and spacious. Great pools and complex. Clean. Lots of facilities in the kitchen. Lovely balcony with big table.The only reason it isn't five stars is the following: the listing says it is air conditioned but that is only applicable to the lounge downstairs. The ground floor bedrooms on the same floor are not. The first floor where the main living area is with kitchen and lounge/balcony and third bedroom have no air con. There were only two plug in fans in the whole apartment and we had to keep moving them around. It was so hot at times it was unbearable. We actually bought an additional fan from Aldi for our stay! The apartments are not very sound proof. I would still recommend this apartment as it has a lot of positives. I would stay again but maybe not in the heat of summer.

Misleading air-conditioning property. In fact there is only one aircon in the bottom floor, which obviously is not enough the top floor gets quite hot even with the fans provided. We had a nice stay at the property be carefully with the ants they show up very quickly if you leave any sweets out. Unfortunately we stayed a sofa cover which we didn't had time to clean. The host asked for this one to be payed in case it would come off. After washing it did came off as I believed it would. But after, the host wanted me to pay for the cleaning too. Which I declined as nothing was actually damaged as he suggested. Looks like not the first being charged for things that seem odd at this property

Beautifully furnished duplex. High end electricals, comfortable beds/sofas. Kitchen was very well stocked - home from home - plenty of crockery, cutlery etc.Westerly facing balcony enjoying beautiful sunsets. Pool area was very clean, pool heated, plenty of sun beds. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely return.
