We recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at the hotel and had a genuinely relaxing stay.
From arrival, the hotel felt spotless and very well maintained. Cleanliness is clearly a priority throughout. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety each morning that delivered on both quality and choice.
The room was comfortable, with a firm bed and supportive, good quality pillows that made it easy to sleep well. Poolside time was stress free as reserving sunbeds was simple. We also enjoyed a massage at the wellness centre, which met expectations and is well worth trying.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always available when needed and quick to assist.
The location is excellent. It is easy to walk around Costa Adeje, with Fañabé Beach just a short stroll away and plenty of restaurants, anctivities and shops nearby.
A few minor downsides. The cocktails were decent but could be improved. Smoking and vaping are limited to designated areas. The elevators can be slow during busy times, and the in room TV is a bit outdated without screen mirroring and shows are charged at 3 euros if you’re interested to watch any on the tv.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay despite a few minor downsides
