Wonderful 3-bedroom duplex apartment with spectacular sea views. Located in an area and in an exclusive complex in San Eugenio, Costa Adeje. In a quiet and privileged place, a few minutes from the sea and shopping areas. It is an incredible accommodation, recently built, with magnificent facilities, quality and excellent finishes. The different spaces are beautiful, spacious and bright. It is modern accommodation, very comfortable and ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

This wonderful duplex has a total of three bedrooms with double beds and three beautiful full bathrooms. On the main floor you will find a beautiful living room, it is very spacious and very bright and has all the comforts to meet and relax as a family. It has a great Smart TV, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation.

On the other side of the living room is the dining room, next to the beautiful kitchen, which is completely new and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. On this same floor there is a laundry room, a beautiful full bathroom and a magnificent bedroom. This bedroom also has a Smart TV.
Leaving from the living room and from the bedroom you can enjoy a magnificent fully open terrace with spectacular views of the sea. This beautiful terrace is very spacious and has a beautiful space for outdoor dining and another relaxation and rest area. Ideal to enjoy the sun, the incredible views and outdoor meals. It also has electric awnings to provide shade when necessary.

Going down the stairs you will find the other two beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable and bright, these two bedrooms also have access on this floor to a second magnificent terrace from where you can also relax and enjoy the great views. It has large spaces and several common rest areas to enjoy with your family and/or some time alone, if you also need a moment for yourself. It is an ideal place to hang out, eat outside or relax in the comfort of this beautiful vacation home.

In this beautiful complex you will also find a great pool where you can sunbathe and enjoy. You can discover and visit nearby beaches and many places of interest within a few minutes.
