Very spacious bungalow of good quality recently renovated. 100 m² of living space on one level and 200 m² of garden on 2 levels. located in an exceptionally quiet residential urbanization, it turns its back on a little-used street.
You will have 2 terraces facing South-SouthWest: the upper housing level terrace with swimming pool and covered outdoor lounge (pool house), the lower garden level terrace guaranteeing total privacy. Very sheltered from the winds, the sun will warm you from morning until sunset with a beautiful south-west sea view of the 3 islands (El Hierro, La Gomera, La Palma) and magnificent sunsets. You will appreciate the beautiful swimming pool with lighthouse (depth of 120 to 140) on one level on the upper terrace, 1 meter from the outdoor living room as well as the landscaped garden. 2 electric awnings guarantee shade as needed in the relaxation and dining area.
Interior: large living room: with living room and open kitchen, 55-inch Smart TV, wi-fi with fiber, the kitchen is fully equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker , ....and everything necessary. 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A small office room. 1 separate guest toilet. Air conditioning is not necessary as the whole house is well ventilated and also has 2 standing fans.
The town center of Callao with all shops: bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, ATMs, numerous bars and restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, dentists... buses & taxis, and its beach are only 3 minutes away on foot.
CallaoSalvaje ("little wild stone") is a typical quiet Spanish village, outside but yet close to the large tourist flow of the island and its attractions (15' by car or bus, from Las Americas/Los Christianos; various leisure centers , port serving all the other islands). The village is peaceful, it is not recommended for younger generations who want a festive and hectic vacation; In Callao there are no night establishments, it is necessary to go towards Las Américas.
On each side you can enjoy a relatively flat walk along the sea for several kilometers but also magnificent mountain hikes.
Callao is located on the sunniest southwest coast of the island; the North receives much more clouds and rain, in the East the winds are dominant and often strong!. From the motorway, 5 minutes, you are 1h30 from any destination: 1h15 Santa Cruz the capital - 1h to go hiking on the slopes of Teide, one of the highest peaks in Europe (3800m). 1 hour to visit the typical villages in the north of the island.
Tenerife South Airport is 25 minutes away

What a great view - wonderful Appartement

A relaxing week that went by far too quickly. The contact with Jean-Michel and Fabienne was very warm. The location is sensational and, for us, perfectly quiet, with a fantastic view of the sea and the neighboring island. Our highlight, of course, was the private pool and loggia! The decor is modern, personal, and comfortable. We were always able to find a parking space for our rental car near the apartment. Restaurants are a 5-8-minute walk away (not wheelchair accessible; there are some steps).

Perfekter Urlaub

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft und Host! Von der Buchungsanfrage bis zur Ankunft vor Ort sehr engagierter, zuverlässiger und vor allem herzlich-persönlicher Service! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und wertig eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Der Übergang von drinnen nach draußen ist fließend, macht den Charme der Unterkunft auch aus und ist einfach perfekt für Urlaubsmomente in diesem herrlichen Klima... Der Pool ist fantastisch, da ca. 1,30/1,40m tief und genau richtig groß für ein paar Schwimmzüge, sauber und gepflegt, wir hatten alle unseren Spaß.Hervorzuheben ist noch die Lage innerhalb des Ortes, da innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen sind und man trotzdem ruhig wohnt. Danke an Host Jean-Michel und Fabienne vor Ort, uns werdet Ihr nicht wieder los, wir kommen wieder! Jeanette & Familie

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir waren zu viert, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (4 und 6). Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, sie hat eine tolle Größe, jeder hat seinen Bereich. Vom Esstisch bzw. der Terrasse schaut man nach La Gomera. Der Pool war das Highlight für uns alle.

Perfect holiday

Great bungalow with a nice garden and pool area and nice views over the ocean and La Gomera. We also appreciated the short walk to our favourite beach on the island and a supermarket with most things you need. Callao Salvaje is a great place without the hustle and bustle of Fañabe or Américas.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhigere Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Fewo von Jean-Michel sehr genossen. Besonders angenehm war die perfekte Raumaufteilung mit zwei vollwertigen Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, drei Toiletten, einer großzügigen Terrasse und dem Pool. Genug Platz auch für zwei erwachsene Paare. Ebenso schätzten wir die komplett ausgestattete Küche. Die gesamte Fewo samt Außenanlage war tadellos sauber. Fabienne empfing uns freundlich und kam auch pünktlichst zur Schlüsselrückgabe und Retournierung der Kaution. Wir können diese Fewo mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Absolutely beautiful home

We stayed for 9 nights in this incredible home and just WOW. They have ensured you have absolutely everything you need for your stay and there was nothing they had not thought of. The property is in a beautiful location, incredibly clean and well furnished. The host Jean-Michel checked in with us throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Fabienne met us at the property for check in & showed us around & told us where everything was. I cannot recommend this property and hosts enough. We have had an amazing visit & on our return we will most definitely be booking to stay here again. 10/10 property & hosts & thank you so so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home & for being so welcoming!

Wonderful property! Great communication from booking through to check-out. Check-in and check-out process was excellent and without any issues. Property was excellent! Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht haargenau der Beschreibung. Sie ist wunderbar gelegen und ist neu und sehr luxuriös. Wenn man üb 1,80m ist, muss man bei der Markiese ein wenig aufpassen, da stößt man sich gerne, da diese recht niedrig ist. Auch wenn die Wohnung über keinen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt, findet man immer in kurzer laufnähe einen Parkplatz. Der Strand in der Nähe ist zwar da, aber wir würden immer den Playa del Duque bevorzugen, und auch hier haben wir immer einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden. Generell benötigt man für das Haus ein Auto.

Außen zwar eher unscheinbar, innen aber ein Juwel.

Erstklassig. Sehr großzügiger Grundriss, toller Pool, vollständige Ausstattung, stets vor Ort verfügbare Ansprechpartnerin, die sehr schnell reagiert. Viele Restaurants fussläufig, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustüre.
