Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. "

"I really loved the place and will book again for a longer period of time. We come to the Wellsboro area twice per year (my happy place) just to relax, eat, and do a "thing or two", and this was the first time staying out of town. We loved it!!!"

"Our group of college friends celebrated 56 years of friendship in September and rented this house. It was perfect for us! There are so many good reasons to rent this house....4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds (3 queen beds and 1 twin bed); great showers in the 2 bathrooms; plenty of bath towels, kitchen towels, and paper supplies; 2 living room areas to relax and watch TV; a large eat-in kitchen that's well equipped, including a wide variety of spices for cooking; a gas grill; washer and...

"Clean, cozy and nicely appointed efficiency apartment in the heart of Hammondsport. It was nice to walk to the lake, eateries and shops. We had no trouble finding on street parking. Lots to do in the area, antiquing, wineries, breweries, good restaurants and ice cream. We recommend the Hideaway!"
