The Hotel is cozy and comfortable, perfect to wind down in after a long day. What really makes it come alive are the staff, who are very kind, professional, and helpful. Design and facilities are also of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers who are looking for a nice place to stay in Addis.

Looks like the entire place needs renovation mostly the pool side is very dirty and they are still allowing people swim in it my kids rashes all on their skin after we left the place

Very pleasant stay while in transit through Addis. Some night noise with a beeping smoke alarm in the corridor. But, great pool, gym and breakfast in the morning. Very friendly!

1. No WiFi for 4 out of 5 days stayed. No concrete effort by management to resolve it despite numerous complaints. 2. Basic breakfast menu 3. No mosquito net provided in standard room.

Excellent property, with really Western style hotel rooms. Much cleaner than the ones I have seen in Los Angeles. Everything was kept clean and the staff were very nice. It is worth for the money. The only issue is with the food. So much oil on the food gave me diarrhea all night long. Would probably not eat any food with oil based.

lovely friendly staff throughout the property. Great value for money and a really good breakfast and restaurant. I can highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the effort that goes into having an enjoyable stay. Not that it is perfect, the wi-fi is an issue but then maybe that is true throughout the whole country? Mosquito nets would be useful or a fan?

The property was severely misrepresented on internet. The only advantage was it was not in centre of city and thus quieter place to stay However wifi was almost non existent, no Airconditioning, very poor hot water/shower, overpriced food/ breakfast. Even menu given showed 1 price and charged at much higher price with different prices trying to be charged on different occasions Very unfriendly and poorly trained staff particularly reception and management level. This property is only a 2-3 star property and should be represented as this on your website

Loved the bed, robe, patio... The staff were all courteous and helpful. I was connected with a reliable and reasonable Uber driver who even lemt me a cellphone to use for pickup.

This is a beautiful hotel. My kids loved the pools and the playset. My husband and I loved the gym. Staff is very friendly. Food was great. Our room was large, beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

I will never stay at thia hotel again, and do not recommend that anyone else does either. There are so many good hotels in Addis Ababa to choose from and this unfortunately, is not one of them. When I checked in, the staff person tried to charge my card again even though my room was already paid for through Expedia. He then proceeded to tell me that my booking was without breakfast included and that l would have to pay for this as well. My booking did indeed include my breakfast. I got to me and my children's booked suite and it smelled of cigarette smoke, so I requested another room. They downgraded our room (which was a decent room, just not the one I paid for), even though I offered to pay for an upgrade. The manager kept trying to pressure me to go back into the room that smelled of smoke after the first night because it was "cleaned." As most people know, cigarette smoke cannot be cleaned out of a room in one day. I declined. Then, they tried to get me to move to "another room" which was also not an upgrade or equal to my original room. Only after complaining repeatedly to Expedia, did they offer me an upgrade for my last night which I declined because there was no reason to do this for the last night only. And furthermore, I did not want move from room to room to room on my holiday...with 2 children none the less. All I asked for was a refund in the difference of the room prices. They declined! This terrible hotel made my first experience in Ethiopia a headache.

와이파이 이용하기가 너무 어려움

화장실 청결상태가 완전히 불량합니다. 천장에 페인트가 떨어지고 가장 큰 문제는 와이파이 설정이 너무 어렵습니다. 그리고 매번 TV를 켜서 설정을 해야 하고 하니 와이파이가 매우 불편합니다.

Excellent hôtel à Addis

Excellent hôtel en général. Le service offert par les employés était minutieux. Le niveau d’équipement est exceptionnel pour le prix par nuitée (p. ex. gym, piscine, spa). Les chambres sont grandes et bien décorées. L’hôtel est un peu à l’écart du centre-ville (ce qui peut être positif ou négatif). Un seul point à améliorer: la piscine doit être nettoyée beaucoup plus régulièrement.

Nice and friendly staff.

The hotell is ok, but the sorroundings really poor. As a tourist it is not possible to walk outsidecthe hotell. You need to grab a taxi directly on the street, the niegbourhood dont feel safe at all. The staff is amazing and the service is really good. The speed in the kitchen could be better, it takes very long time to get food. The pool are is nice but we needed to complain 3 days before the heated up the pool. Is was freezing cold in the pools. Dont expect any internet, every second of working internet is a bonus..in one week we had maximum 10 minutes of working internet. The breakfast could be better, cold food in tha cantines, but the staff do their best..

The Nega Bonger Hotel is a please I would definitely return to. The staff works exceptionally hard to provide the best for their guests--which is a direction reflection of the manager--Daniel!
