"We were in town for a family wedding that was only about a mile away. Great location, big house with lots of room! Beds were comfortable, living room was great to hang out in and the kitchen was beautiful! We didn’t have the opportunity to use the media room or gym. "

"My husband & I, 3 teen children & Sister enjoyed Edward the Hut for a weekend. My 2 Sons were attending a gaming conference in Atlanta & my Sister lives in Georgia. So we booked this property as us adults are “salt of the Earth” type folks. We enjoyed the property & all of its eclectic charm. Two thumbs up."

"Up to date and roomy. Missing some minor items (dish drainer, paper towel). Could not figure out thermostat…..pretty cold.Downstairs door fell off its hinges first day. Discussed separately with agent.Outside needs TLC. We got over it.House was great. Accommodated big family and was well provisioned. Location was perfect for a Buckhead-centric crowd.Rental agent tried to lay off some repair charges on me on items that pre-existed our stay. Being nickled and dimed like that ruined the...

"We arrived at dusk on a stormy Saturday, and it was difficult to get down the side yard into the apartment. The pavers are not equally spaced or necessarily level (would be difficult to do these things), and we struggled to get down the probably 20 steps in the pouring rain. Climbing those pavers was difficult and taxing too. I definitely would suggest some lighting on that side yard for guests. The apartment was very nice, especially since we included the "blue room." "The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. "Spacious house with everything you need and it is just as described. We stayed with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kids loved the pool. Dean was great. Would definitely recommend. "
