"We were very pleased with how clean the room was. The only downside was that there was a smell in the room that gave me a headache. It wasn't overpowering by most standards, however, I have a very sensitive nose and easily get headaches when smells bother me. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We just won't be able to stay again for fear of the smell in the room."

"The breakfast buffet was very good! We loved how clean our room was and how comfy the bed felt!
One downside was that we could hear everything in the room next to us, though it wasnt a bother for us, I could see how it could be for others. We will being stay again our next trip!"

"The property was great. Personal was great. Valet was great. The only trouble we had was the toilet ran over right away after checking in. I shut the valve off right away just as it started to run over so not as bad as it could have been. It was taken care, mopped and sanitized right away. Another day it plugged again with nothing in it but liquid but did not run over. Several times it had to be flushed up to 5 times before it did a good flush. When we checked out I told them they may have a...

"We had a good stay, but the condo needs some updating with furniture, cabinets etc. the indoor pool was down and closed the whole time we were there. We had no dish/dishwasher soap or trash bags etc. minimal things to use in kitchen. Some of bedding had stains. Front check in staff were great. And even with the above we made the best of our time there."

"The stay was ok, but I would not stay there again.
The bad first the room we booked was extremely small and smelled very musty; we had to upgrade to a suite to get away from the smell. The room was old and very outdated. I found on our last day that you have to request a room cleaning and fresh towels, or you will not get them
The good: the bed was very comfortable. The lounge was great, and the fire pits out front were nice. The soaking tubs looked nice, but we didn't try them. With what we...
