"I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip."

"Did not feel this hotel was up to Westin standards. The air conditioning did not work well at all in the room meaning the room stayed very stuffy and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small. The toilet, barely flushed and also had a crack on the bowl. Carpet was very dingy just overall not a nice place to stay, not worth the money. The location is good and it has a nice fitness center."

"Check in and check out was great, really friendly front desk dude. Room was great, especially the bed (my favorite part). I was sleeping but wifey went down to breakfast, she liked the eggs and potatoes. Over all it was a nice room but the pictures of the room when we booked it made it seem bigger. Stay was nice though. Will be back next time"
