"The house was great—clean, uncluttered and comfortable throughout. Our family of 6 had plenty of space with beds unused even. Our 12 year old loved the 70’s room in the basement and instantly claimed that bedroom for himself. The house is older and smells a little stuffy at first. We didn’t notice it after about the first 30 seconds inside. I absolutely recommend this home!"

"Matt was a great host! He gave great directions to get to the property and how to checkin and out. The house is beautiful! It was a short drive to the fairgrounds and was great for multiple families to stay in, definitely beats a hotel. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor seating due to frigid temps and a snow storm, but it looked like a great place to hang out when the weather is nice. I would highly recommend and we would stay here again!"

"The house was varry clean and had all we need to make it feel like home away from home. My kids loved it, and so did are dog. The yard was fully fenced in so my dog could run around and play. Jessica was verry nice and under standing, and she alwas got back to me if i had any questions. We had a great time very much recommended, we are hoping to stay there again sometime."

"The house was exactly how it was advertised. We had a school group there focused on a local competition -- plenty of room to spread out, decompress with TVs, games, space to practice parts.Clean, manager EXCEPTIONAL about communication. Close to Des Moines downtown, Drake University, etc. Literally it was a PERFECT experience for my students, visiting parent, and myself. Would book here again 10/10."
