"Stayed for a long weekend. Close to many great attractions in Colorado Springs area, and just a short drive to Manitou. Perfect amount of space for two people. It’s a bit closer to the other buildings than it looks in the listing photos, but it’s a very quiet area and the neighborhood is nicely tucked back into the woods while still being right by the highway to get to where you want to go. "My stay was the most peaceful and relaxing stay I’ve ever had. Clean, cozy, comfortable, cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood. I slept so good. It was much needed. It was close to Downtown Colorado Springs are where I attended the Marlon Wayan’s Comedy Tour at the Pikes Peak Center. Christel was very kind and attentive with his responses. "This was a perfect house for our family of 5 adults! It was clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy and space for everyone. The living room was large enough for us all to gather and relax. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of basic utensils and cookware. We were able to cook together and enjoy meals as a family without feeling cramped. "We chose this property because it had room for our family of 5 plus my MIL. It's about a 40 minute drive from Colorado Springs, so we were able to enjoy all the attractions while staying in a quieter area. Our kids loved waking up to deer in the backyard and having an area to play inside. Beautiful view and very family friendly!"

"Everything was great. There is limited water supply that we didn't know about, but once we got that figured out, it was manageable. Being from the city, we don't have limited water usage- so it really helps put things into perspective.. "
