"We have stayed at the W 6 times now over the last 2 years. The hotel is excellent but its the staff that make it, too many to mention, but Grace, Fred, Constantine, Chetan, and Joynal make our days a dream there! "We got a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment which was amazing. My toddler had great fun running all around for the 5 days we were there. Location was great to visit all the attractions on Yas island and we visited Yas mall every day. Service was also fantastic and left nothing to be desired. "

"Simply the overall quality of everything!!! It was a beautiful place to stay. The hi tech in the room. It was too much and difficult to get used to. Certainly using the key to turn on the electricity is a good and excellent idea. Using a screen with multiple functions I and my companion a maze of many functions. Simple switches for the lights and a small screen for the air conditioning. Simpler and less confusing. "

"The location is excellent and the service in the hotel is superb. Your every need will be catered for. Beach requires a walk and buggy via the adjacent hotel. Or a shuttle if your prefer a more noisey beach beach experience . The breakfast although the choice is small in comparison the taste is excellent and additional requests are catered for. Enjoyable stay well worth the trip , with so much to do for the children. "

"Not a touristy area at all, but a really nice hotel with a good amount of essential shops and local food options nearby. A great, affordable place to stay if you want a taste of the Middle East rather than the ritzy, westernized center of Abu Dhabi"

"My husband had been staying at this hotel many times but for.me its my 1st visit. I enjoed my stay here. Very comfortable bed, and pillows. Apartment comes with washing machine and kitchenette where we can prepare some meals. Having Lulu supermarket next door is very convenient to buy groceries and the Mall has a few places to grab some food."

"We arrived at 1am and check-in was fast and easy. Good breakfast, but busy and not enough staff to reset the tables as new guests arrive. Overall, a good choice for overnight stays close to the airport. "
