"La struttura sembra un po' abbandonata a sè stessa ma, in realtà è un trasandato "voluto", girando per Bristol vi renderete conto che questa caratteristica fa parte un po' della città. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato una serie di problematiche nell'albergo: - lenzuola sporche, sia appena entrato in stanza, sia la sera, dopo che avevo richiesto un cambio delle lenzuola; - asciugamani sporchi; -adattatore della presa elettrica non funzionante; - la finestra non si apriva e non poteva esservi ricircolo...

"After wanting to stay here for a while I finally got the opportunity and went for the Bunk Room which was fun to do with a family. Rooms are really stylish and well designed while being functional. Hairdryer and straighteners are provided in the room along with cowshed toiletries. Had dinner and breakfast in the diner which was delicious, great service from Ruby both times."

"We loved this hotel! It is beautifully decorated, clean and full of old character. They have obviously done upgrades while maintaining the age and beauty. The staff were very helpful . The breakfast was also a great deal with lots of options. Great value. If we are ever in Bristol again, we would stay here in a heartbeat!!"

"We stayed for 1 night as we had a flight from Bristol at 6am so we didn't make much use if the hotel, such as the breakfast. Check in was easy and it was easy to leave at 3am, if you're looking for a nice hotel nit to far from the airport. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed for evening meals when we arrived due to a problem with the equipment, the hotel did inform us beforehand which was good of them. The room was clean, the window pane was broken, fortunatkey there is secondary glazing, so...
