"Bugs in the bathroom and the walls next to the shower are decaying and the sink is separating from the “back splash”. The bed and blanket are absolutely terrible as well. Biggest waste of money"

"Breakfast was very low quality. Front desk staff failed to note that my room was prepaid and billed my card again for stay despite my telling them that I was prepaid. Repeated phone calls were brushed off by hotel staff. I ended up having to formally dispute charges with my booking agent and my bank. ..."
