"The area of the hotel is in a very good area with lots of cafe and shops nearby walking distance. Not very far from tourist attractions. The pool and hot tub was well tempered and locker rooms were kept clean and hygienic. Door men staff were very friendly. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"It was a good stay. No complaints. One of the the rooms had a door that was locked so wasn't sure if it was connecting two rooms or it was a storage. But not very pleasant to sleep in a room when you don't know who is behind and if it can be opened. All in all nice place and I would definitely stay again. P.S. My room didn't have windows so that is the only thing that I really didn't like but it was their lowest priced so I guess that was the reason. Staff was extremely nice."

"The one bedroom with kitchen that we stayed in was adequate for 3 people and clean with all needed dinnerware. The housekeeping staff is excellent and very responsive to urgent requests. The front desk staff (Ahmed, Bilal, Joey) are exceptional, very friendly and professional and eager to help. The location is excellent (5 minute walk to Metro and large shopping mall) I highly recommend this facility, and in the future I will not hesitate to use it again."

"It was near to everything , few steps to sisli center and cevahir mall. The rooms were so neat innovated and tied. All The staff we met were so helpful and welcoming: ibrahim , Ahmed and muaz and two more staff I don't recall their names in the reception; one is turkish and the other one is syrian. We enjoyed our stay there. Even the manger was so helpful and found a gold earings for us that we have lost it. We had two reservations : first reservation was nights and the second resrvation for 2...
