"The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but everything was clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was included and was a good spread with many options. "

The stairs to our floor did not have enough light. The hall is carpeted and the odor in the hall (perhaps from the carpet?) is not pleasant. When in the hall, you can hear people talking in their rooms. "

"It served our purpose as a stop-over. Rooms are very small. Loud and creaky floor above us. Two remotes, 1 which did nothing with no instructions. Staff were friendly…when not outside smoking."

"breakfast was pretty standard but good. staff was nice. bed was pretty comfortable. shower door was a bit odd and got water on the floor so we had to lay towels down. the toilet handle got stuck flushing a few times"

"The entry door was warped and could not lock. We crammed a door up against it before we went to bed. The toilet leaked. The phone did not work. There was almost no toilet paper. We had to hunt some down because the front desk phone must not ring. The television was not plugged in when we got there, but even after plugging it in, we only had four channels. The Wi-Fi password did not work. Thank heavens we were only there overnight."

"They were doing construction ,that's what the desk clerk says as to why the filth. I never stayed there it was to unclean for us. The clerk was nice and honest so I appreciate that.The pictures that Expedia has is a hoax . They attempted to give us a room with a door that leads to the next room with some kind of chair against it with advanced notice that there may be a lot going on with the neighbors but just stuck it up. They couldnot/would not refund me or referral to sister company. I...

"Manager was friendly and professional. Room was clean. Was quiet until 2:00 a.m. when we heard a lot of activity in the room above us until 5:00 a.m. "
