"The staff was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Not a big deal, but due to local regulations the famous Shower beer fridge was not stocked. Not a problem, we just purchased beers from the brewery next door and brought them to our room. It was super cool that they had proper glassware!"

"This property & host are great. The host is communicative and make the check in very easy. Property is in prime location where you can walk everywhere. Highly recommended for a visit to Aberdeen!"

"During our recent stay, the ibis hotel where we had a reservation was actually overbooked, however the reception team were spectacular. They had already booked us a new room at another property, the Park Inn by Radisson, which wasn't too far away. They arranged for a taxi to take us over almost immediately and provided us with a complimentary breakfast the following morning. We are very grateful for the time, care and consideration the staff took to compensate us for the oversight on the booking...

"The hotel was in an ideal location, easy to walk to from the train station and in the right position for all amenities for shopping and entertainment. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all essential items needed. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink and there’s Tesco extra close by if you have forgotten anything. Enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"This was an impromptu stay as we had a power cut and needed to have guaranteed access to wifi in the morning. The room was a suite with kitchen facilities (hob, sink, microwave and fridge) and was very well equipped. As I'd booked on the drive there at 9pm the sofabed wasn't made up when we checked in, but housekeeping arrived at the door within seconds of us reaching the room and made the bed up quickly. A great sleep for all, and a lovely shower in the morning. Would choose this hotel if I...

"Very comfortable 2 night stay with great breakfast and evening meal. Very enjoyable and lively Bar to round off a great evening. "

"Sentralt beliggende. Vi var heldige og fikk et rom i fjerde etasje med utsikt over byen. Veldig vennlige ansatte, flott frokostbuffet. Hotellet ER hundevennlig, med senger til hundene og vann/matskåler på rommet. De tar ytterligere et "depositum" på 50£ i tillegg til 20 per hund. Dette depositummet bli tilbakebetalt hvis alt er i orden på rommet ved utsjekk. Dette kan jeg ikke huske å ha blitt informert om ved bestilling. "

"The room is totally updated and huge. We had to use an oscillating fan to sleep because these old, historic hotels don’t have the infrastructure for air handling and the duvet/no separate top sheet made it warm. Gorgeous room. "

"The property was in a very beautiful area overlooking the mountains and the Loch. Great staff on checkin. Accommodation was clean however some furniture was little outdated however fantastic. Very quiet, calm and other facilities were well priced ie the tennis court sessions "
