A lovely one-night stay. Comfortable room with a fantastic view. Lovely breakfast with good choice of food. Staff were friendly and it was great to see the Welsh language being cherished throughout the hotel.

Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault.
