"What a comfortable, peaceful home. Lots of seating both inside and out. Do I want to sit on the dock, on the patio, on the porch at a table, in the chairs by the firepit? "Loved the cottage and location! Property was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a very relaxing beautiful stay! Not on the water but extremely close walking distance to path to get to the water and beautiful lake! We rented a canoe close by and were able to put the canoe in the lake easily and paddle around the very quiet and peaceful lake and enjoyed the views! "Wonderful weekend away on Moosehead lake to celebrate the 4th of July with our family! The accommodations were clean & comfortable and the guest house was a plus. We enjoyed the private beach/fire pit and the sunsets were absolutely amazing. The owner was great and the cleaning staff promptly responded when we checked out. Would definitely book another stay. "

"We woke up to spectacular views of the lake and went to sleep after seeing a sky full of stars. This is a warm, clean cabin with all the necessities of home with the exception of WiFi. While the tv works, I couldn’t get any channels on it, however, this is the type of place where we unplugged and unwound!!! Short backwoods drive to Gulf Hagas for a great hike and 10 minutes to Greenville and Moosehead Lake. Highly recommended!!!"

"The wife and I and our fur baby Handsome Hank has a fantastic stay here . Only issue we had is the outdoor kitchen needs some work on the counter. We arrived too fresh cut flowers on the table. The yard / woods had been recently raked. I have already recommended this lovely top to some friends and family. Five star ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐. "

"I 've been traveling to the Moosehead region since a child, orginally from Maine, stayed at various locations, this one was a true gem. Everything was perfect. Warm and comfortable atmosphere, easy access to main roads and trails, plenty of space to park car, trailer, and suv. All amenities you could hope for, immediate response from Sean when we had a question. Easy lake access and beautiful location."
