"False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend"

"When we finally got checked in at 6:30 PM, receiving an email earlier that our room would be ready earlier than the 4 check in the only thing clean was the bedding thankfully. Note on the mirror said rooms cleaned every 2 days. Not true. If it wasn't for such great weather where we could stay on the beach all day I would have gotten a refund and booked elsewhere. Won't be back."

"I was disappointed by my experience at this hotel. While the property itself was fine, the way I was treated regarding my service dog was unacceptable. I informed the staff that my dog is a legitimate service animal, yet I felt that my statement was questioned and doubted. Instead of being treated with respect, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest. As a result, I was charged a pet fee that, according to the rules regarding service animals, should not have been charged. What upset...

"There was a dead splattered roach on the wall. Looked like it had been there a little while. Pool was closed super early due to having no lights inside the pool."

"This place had a great location but was not clean at all. There were black hairs on everything… The towels had black hair stuck to them, the counters had black hair on them, there were black hairs on the floor, etc. The dishes looked like they had just been used and stuck back in the cabinets. There was mold on the shower curtains. The two twin beds were filthy. "

"I like the staff; customer service was excellent. I like the Bible verses at the lobby. I like the breakfast. The room is updated. I did not like the toilet was moving, the screws from the floor or something was wrong. The toilet is not stable. The handle was cracked. We stayed in one of the rooms in front of the road and we could hear the noise of the cars, etc. we could hear the ice machine from our room."

"This was our 5th year coming to this hotel. It definitely has more wear on it than the past years however I believe it’s under new management so repairs are in process. Staff is always amazing along with the food and entertainment!"

"I liked the private beach. I didn't like how the TV in the room barely worked and I didn't like how the bath tub and tolit didn't want to drain and go out properly. I didn't like that the pool was down for almost 2 days and was closed"

"The property was clean and staff was nice. I love that breakfast is included, but the options were limited (as expected, but I was hoping to be proved wrong lol). The beds are comfortable, but there was a smell of chlorine in the rooms (possibly from housekeeping/cleaning). Overall, it was a good stay, and I’d stay again for another short trip."
