"Good location. 15-20 minutes to ferry terminal, central train station, Opera House. Staff is helpful. Ran out of hair conditioner and it was not refilled. A fire alarm went off at 5:00 a.m. and all guests were required to exit the hotel and stand oitside on the sidewalk for 20 minutes "

"Title: Elegant stay in a perfect location – highly recommend Room 561 We had a lovely experience at The Continental Hotel Oslo. We booked a junior suite and were very pleased with the space and comfort. The suite featured a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower, plus a spacious living area and plenty of closet space. The bed was softer than I usually prefer, but surprisingly comfortable for my back. The staff were warm, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay....

"A very central hotel, you can walk to most sites. Excellent choice at breakfast. Sadly no water in mini fridge or milk. No teaspoon for T bags. Only 3 T bags per day for 2 people?! But these are minor issues, we had a fantastic time. "

"We booked a private room here last minute and loved it. It is absolutely bare bones, but the price was right, and we were delighted to find out that it was super clean and well accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to sleep and to fix a meal. "

"Such a charming hotel in a beautiful walkable area. The building is meticulously maintained to preserve its beauty. Our room was just as in the picture and was a welcome respite to long days of sightseeing Loved all the thoughtful touches such as robes, slippers and even umbrella rentals in the lobby ! "The Hotel is very nice overall. It was interesting that they include breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner. Our room was very comfortable but very dark. Even with the sun not going down till after 11. The staff could not have been better. So, overall we would suggest considering this hotel."
