"The staff was very nice and they welcomed our dog as a last minute addition to our room with no issues. The room was very clean and nicely updated. The bathroom was a bit small but it worked for what we needed. The only complaint that we had was the breakfast. They kept the most minimal items available (ex. one biscuit, etc.). We ended up going to one of the local restaurants nearby both mornings. All in all, we will stay here again when visiting family. "

"Our stay got off on a negative. The lady at front desk, Jane, was not very welcoming nor did she explain anything about the breakfast, how to connect to WiFi, or anything else most front desk employees share at check-in. The room we selected was the Presidential suite which was roomy and comfortable. However we had problems connecting to the WiFi. We wanted to call the front desk but there wasn’t a phone in the room or any number to reach the front desk. Also the smart TV in the room was...

"The bathroom doesn't work the shower I had to shower with a glass to be able to get wet and remove the soap"

"Our sink didn’t drain and the air conditioner was so dirty my son woke up with really bad sinus infection congestion we told the manager of room cleaning and he said he would take care of it and he didn’t so the clerk came and wiped it out which didn’t clean it so next morning I woke up with really bad congestion. When they made my bed they didn’t even pull up the sheet under bed spread very poor house keepers. I wish I could put the pictures I took of air conditioner"

"I left in the morning when I returned to the hotel my card was deactivated I went to the reception and the person who was there did not want to reactivate the key to open the room and had to deliver it at 11 am and the person in charge opened the room without asking permission at 9 in the morning I think it is a lack of respect thank you"
