"We had a reservation there for Friday. I had called and let him know it was going to be a late pull in. When we went and got there. They told us that unfortunately they gave our room away because they tried to call us. They did not make any other accommodations for us. Told us to have a good day. I will never recommend this place or these people. The staff was very unprofessional and very rude. We had a horrible weekend. I will never recommend this place ever to anyone and I hope they do...

"I didn't swim in pool much since it was small and lots of kids but not bad. Rooms were clean. I traveled with 4 kids ages from 5 through 10 and it was good. "

"When I arrive into my room, there were wet stains, are ready on the couch. The couch was terribly filthy stains that look here for years after I voted things on the couch I went to look underneath the sheet and the mattress there were red spots on the mattress, a nasty piece thing on the mattress. I did go down to the host of staff and let them know they were not. "

"Staff were very kind! The room smell like smoke and there was hair in the bathtub and shower when we arrived into our room. Breakfast was awesome. "

"Rooms needs updates carpet old worn, couch from 70"s,wood doors were scratched and worn , water in bathroom very low pressure. Tub grout old discolored, tub needs reglazing. Breakfast not what expected, not enough for all guess. Refrigerator in room very loud, if you are light sleeper you will be up all night. I hated my room view was a cemetery! Ice machine only on first floor,all other floors out of order. Non refundable room will never stay there again."

"It said check in was till 12 but when I got there around like 9 I couldn’t check in get inside the building or nun so i didn’t go at all can I get ah refund for the 30$ I had to put down fa the room"

"This is a clean hotel, courteous staff, couldn’t ask for better. And if you enjoy an extra firm mattress, this is the place for you (not me)! At my age I need a mattress with a bit more give (completely personal preference). No reason you shouldn’t stay. "
