"My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book."

"We checked in around 1am on Friday/Saturday March 20/21. The first impression with the front desk agent was poor. She wasn’t pleasant. Her face showed like she didn’t care. No smile. It’s really not difficult to be pleasant and it is expected at a higher end hotel to receive at least better than average service. She was doing some paperwork and honestly seemed put off by us. "The breakfast was great! It was very fresh and a variety of options. Parking was easy and felt safe. The room itself was pretty average but overall had a clean feel to it. "
