"Delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Such a peaceful relaxing stay with a great view. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a spider in our room but that is expected with the location. The host and their family are so warm and welcoming we would definately return if we are back in that area. "

"Host was the best I could imagine. She helped us with all sorts of service like early check-in, booking tours and travel to our next place. The rooms were unfortunately not as good so takes the rating down. Drain was clogged in our first room. AC did not work to heat or dry the rooms so it was very moist and cold and we were freezing through the night. I can imagine this place being much better on a warm summer day when that is not a problem and the pool also being more useful."

"I think that if you love camping and don't mind seeing some tiny flying critters in the room, this is a great place for you. The room is basic but it's got a wonderful view of the mountains and the river that the boat tours pass through. The host was nice to talk with and was helpful with your questions (in English). The host booked a tour for me for the same morning."

"This was the perfect homestay while visiting Phong Nha. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. You are still near all the reatiraunts but far enough to not have to hear cars and motorbikes all day and night. The staff was also 5 star. "

"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."

"The location on the riverbank is absolutely beautiful. The family is delightful and Sharn and Hung are so helpful. Sharon’s great English and sense of humour makes communication easy."

"Nice clean property easy walking areas right outside and around the property. Only down side. We didn’t have hotwater and they did not have a hairdryer which my girlfriend was upset over. We only stayed one afternoon/evening and had to fly out the next morning. Highly recommend the hotel adding hair dryers to their rooms "

"The hotel is located nicely in the center of Phong Nha close to restaurants and a few shops. The owner, Mr. Giang, is a very friendly and nice person, and he showed us great flexibility and helped us a lot during our stay there. The rooms are spacious and light. The bathrooms are a bit worn down, but have the necessary facilities. Breakfast is simple but made fresh for you. We had a nice stay here thanks to the incredible hospitality of Mr. Giang and his team. "

Wij waren er vroeg, maar dat was geen probleem, helaas was de kamer met zwembad zicht dus ook berg zicht niet beschikbaar die wel geboekt. De toegewezen ruime kamer oogde schoon, maar in detail absoluut niet. Het was zeer vies onder en langs het bed en in de kast. Kapotte blikjes frisdrank op de koelkast. De koelkast zelf was leeg en stond uit. het beddengoed had diverse vlekken en brandgaten oftewel zijn beste tijd...
