8-Bedroom Mountain Estate Near Snowbasin Ski Resort

This home sits on 2 acres with a million dollar mountain view. The grounds are beautifully manicured. This is property is ideal for reunions and retreats. It has a new Bullfrog hot tub, 85" TV and a game room with arcades, ping pong, basketball, billiards, and enormous building blocks. We also have a sand volleyball court and a fire pit.

We allow up to 30 guests. (We have 7 queens and 12 bunk beds, a couple of pack 'n plays). We are 20 min from Snowbasin Resort, 30 min from East Canyon Reservoir and 40 min to Powder Mountain Resort. Enjoy our sand volleyball, basketball, & hot tub!

We love family reunions and business retreats! We allow small weddings and other events on the lawn (up to 100 ppl) for a $1500 event fee. The event fee also includes access to the massive 2600-sq ft detached garage which is perfect for dances and events.

What a beautiful home with everything you need. We had our family stay here (big age range of people) and there was something for everyone! The fact that that my mom, who is in a wheelchair, didnt have to go up any steps to get into the home was huge. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Used this for our offsite youth volleyball team bonding event and it was the perfect space! Even in November, the weather was fantastic and we loved being able to use the open space on the property for events and spreading out to eat. Such a beautiful place, definitely will book again!

We had a great stay at this house. We loved how big the house was. There were plenty of beds and places for kids to spread out and play. The theater and playroom were a hot with all the kids. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with the pots and pans we needed. The grass was green and lush and the sand in the playset area and volleyball court was really nice. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The air conditioner and other appliances all worked well. It's a fabulous place for a large family gathering.

Great gathering place

We enjoyed the variety of shared spaces. There were activity areas separated from sleeping areas. The kitchen seating area is very high which makes it more complicated for young children to be seated. We had a large extended family group and there was enough room for all to have fun without getting in each other’s way.

Nice house, needs some TLC

The house is nice and set up great for families or groups of friends. It was a little dirty when we arrived; coffee maker not cleaned out and towels still in the dryer. Snowed about 15" but the driveway was never plowed. Garbage was not removed or instructions provided on where to put it. Tried to reach the property manager but never heard from them.

Absolutely Beautiful

The house is beautiful, the Vrbo pictures don’t give it justice. Outside and inside is absolutely amazing. We have beautiful pictures of the secluded land, beautiful snow covered mountains and the well furnished home and lovely kitchen and appliances. My family cooked huge meals everyday.Our children were so pleased with the big bunk room, they watched movies in the theatre room and played their video games on the big screen. I could go on and on, this house made our family trip perfect.Thank you,

Intimate Wedding

We had a wonderful time with family and friends at this beautiful property. It was great to have our out of state family staying onsite with us. We received multiple compliments on the property and there were a ton of fun things for everyone to do. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and are so glad to have found this place.

Family reunion

This is a great property for a large family reunion! Plenty of bedrooms and lots of space to run around outside. Loved the theater and game room! The cubby under the stairs was also a big hit with the littles. It was in need of a good carpet clean but other than that was clean and very nice. Only issue we had is there is not adequate seating for meals for a large group. Eight bar stools around a very tall kitchen island. We had kids eat outside on the porch or carry food downstairs. So it worked, just not ideal. We had a great stay and made some wonderful memories!

family reunion getaway

The home is spacious. We loved watching the Olympics in the theater room and the kids enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. There was a problem with the A/C in one of the bedrooms. The park across the street was a nice place for the kids to play and fly a kite. We all enjoyed spending a day at Snow Basin hiking.

Great views and lots to do!

The house itself needs some maintenance work done. One bathroom lock didn’t work, a few blinds are broken, cleaning was hurried, and some furniture needs updating. The countertop, kitchen chairs, microwave and cabinets are set for tall people so my 5’ self struggled with those but managed just fine. That being said, it’s hard to find places that sleep 24 people for our family reunions. The downstairs kitchen & table was perfect for our 14 grandchildren to eat at while the adults dealt with the high granite table upstairs for our meals. The best part for us was the theater room with its 18 recliners. We showed family videos and photos every night on the giant screen and everyone loved that part. The hot tub was a hit with the teens as was the volleyball court. The men loved the pool table. Kids loved the arcade, ping pong table, the play area outside and the great park across the street. There was plenty of parking and a dumpster for all our trash. The adults had enough room upstairs to talk and reminisce and every family had a room to get away from the group for quiet time when needed. Morgan is a quaint town with a great creamery, a few restaurants and a Ridley’s we ended up going to every day for a week. Though this place wasn’t as pristine as other VRBO’s we have stayed at, it was a good price, we had a great family reunion there and would consider it for another reunion in the future.

This is the second year I have rented this place, and my family is begging for me to do it again next year! Unfortunately, the cleaning of the property was not up to par (thus the low score in that area), but Tiffany and Emmitt dealt with it professionally and have promised more training in that area. It is the PERFECT place for large families--so much to do for ALL ages!!
