"Staff were very helpful. Room was superb. Location great for shopping and eateries."

"Excellent hotel and excellent location! The check in process is very slow but otherwise this is an incredible hotel and would stay again! The rooftop is a must try !"

"Todo espectacular"

"I did not like the location. The hotel itself not a 5 star hotel for sure. It was fine for overnight stay"

"The hotel is located in an area with easy access to shops and restaurants. Also near El Corte Inglés dept store. There is a large supermarket inside the store with many items to go. We only stayed one night so didn’t get a chance to explore much. Room 227 was very nice with a coffee machine, tea kettle, and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Tip: Request firm pillows as the ones in the room were very soft."
