Things that stood out were 1) how friendly and helpful the staff were 2) the decor and overall feel of the place 3) the pool and amenities 4) the spa - great services at reasonable prices 5) the restaurants - food was incredible and many ingredients were from nearby farms, they were very accommodating to our 16-month old too.
