"Location was good but no parking. They shoudl offer valet because when you have a family or elderly, i would not recommend since it takes 10 mintues to walk and in the summer its a long walk. Besides that , the bellmen was not helpful , just standing body when we were leaving . He said he is busy when we asked for luggage but he was just standing there. The check in Agent was helpful. Breakfast was descent but coffee was awful. REcommend to invest in Illy Coffee or change the machines."

"This is the most amazing hotel. The staff are delightful, the welcome drink we chose was a very nice white wine from the local area. The hotel has a metro card ready for you to take to travel into the city. The pool was cool but the views amazing. The room was out of this world. His and hers showers. A sofa. A huge bed. "Actually the hotel notified in advance that they were having problems so had moved us to Hotel Ercilla, a sister property but more upscale. I recommend it. "
