"Great room. Very clean. excellent shower, towels, bathrobes, soaps etc. Staff are great.The only negative for us was arriving at 10pm on friday night and having nowhere quiet to have a drink. Both bars are obviously very popular night spots and were packed and very loud. Not what we were looking for."

"The main thing that I didn’t like is that on the reservation screen it showed clearly that it was a two bedroom suite and when I went to check in it was a one bedroom suite so I ended up having to pay an extra $1,000 for the weekend"

"We had a great stay at the W. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was really comfortable and well-appointed. We had space for two adults and two teenagers in good confort. The location is perfect and we had amazing views from our room. We didnt need much but whatever it was the staff was on top of it. "

Staff were friendly attentive and ever present.. room was lovely..beautifully appointed .. loved the Dyson hair-dryer.. my only criticism is that it was very dark. Even the bathroom lighting was very low making doing make up a bit of a challenge.. but otherwise would definitely recommend. Would absolutely visit again.. the Parlour restaurant was lovely. Food and service was perfect.."
