"Facilities are quite new, everything is as described, as a bonus it includes free use of washer & dryer. Host is friendly and helpful. I noticed a trend now of furnishing units to make them very visually appealing and hip looking. So some of the furniture looked very cool and photographable, but are not very usable. e.g. drawers that do not open or chairs that look cool, but are not practical to sit on. However, the main items (bed, washroom...) are practical."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafes, Shops und ein Kaufhaus. Notre Dame, Louvre, Les Halles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Mehrere Stationen von U-Bahn Linien und Bussen ebenfalls. Kleines individuelles und schön eingerichtetes Haus. Zimmer ebenfalls klein mit Teppichboden. Zimmersafe vorhanden. Nespressomaschine ebenfalls. Bett war für uns weder zu hart noch zu weich, also ohne Beanstandung. Badezimmer mit guter Dusche, bei welcher nach...

"The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are cute but need a deep cleaning. For an average cost of $1,000 a night I expect my room to be in prestige condition. It was not. The furniture and rugs were filthy. Also, the staff twice entered my room after a quick knock. One was checking to see if the room had been cleaned and the other one insisted he needed to check the mini bar stock. I was in bed half dressed taking a rest at 3pm. The level of unprofessional was baffling....

"Overall amazing hotel, amazing stay. The room is more than I could dream of and had the best sleep of my life. The check-in process was lovely, got an awesome upgrade, and my room was ready early. I guess the only thing I would say is the concierge doesn’t have much pull. I get that it is booked, but concierge at a 5 star hotel should be able to work something out? After the 3rd request to try to get tickets or booking somewhere with no avail, I did it on my own. But they still were very nice."

"So much to say about this beautiful hotel- from location, employees, and features!! Staff was friendly and treated us like valued guests. We loved the amenities, including the pool(!). The breakfast was outstanding and the executive twin room was spacious for our family of three. Room was kept meticulously- and we were delighted by water and snacks left for our enjoyment.
