"Helpful staff. Clean room. Water damaged floor and bathroom. Bar was not open. Breakfast ok but nothing special. Price too high for what you got. Excellent location."

"Muy bueno relación precio- calidad, muy limpio y situado en zona buena"

"The stuff is very rude. Especially at the check in desk. When we came down to have breakfast they don't even say good morning. Simply just ignoring me passing by the reception. The light in the room came off the ceiling, room was really dark where my daughter slept , no window in her part of the room."

"Nice , comfortable hotel, close to everything in Bilbao, no AC only heating available we had to open window to get some air otherwise room very stuffy."

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, stylish property, comfortable rooms. It was more expensive than others, but we chose it for location and the lovely rooftop terrace bar as we only had 1 night. Disappointed that we were not told the terrace was closed for a private function the night we went. We would have booked a different hotel for much less money."

"Great hotel, no parking, terrible front desk staff. Got there at 1am after a whole day of driving, to leave at 6am, the front desk person was horrible, didn’t give us the welcome gift/points Marriott Platinum Elite members are to receive when booking a room. We had mistakenly booked for two (as it was our default setting) but my 12 yo daughter was with us, so it took a lot of talking, listening to the front desk clerk telling us that we were breaking the law, being scolded, etc to finally...

"Very helpful staff."

"Beautiful hotel with ocean views."
