"We booked this hotel planning to spend time around the pool as depicted. There was no pool as it is being rebuilt. There is no warning of this whatsoever in the hotel description. The staff at breakfast were not at all helpful when ordering or simply asking for basics like milk. Sorry but this isn’t a quality hotel. "

"Hot tub have to pay for and make a booking. Limitee availability, and it didnt work. Hotel was nice apart from wasnt prepared. Checkin took an age, she didnt know what to do. English level was low. Bath water was full of sand and whirpool was broken. Could be a noce hotel if they fixed everything first. Bed was comfy. Location on the outskirts, 20 min walk from main area . No parking available. "Room was spacious and clean. Hotel in a quiet location and the pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. The breakfast was not good, hot food was cold, chipped plates and the tea was not nice. Hotel definitely better for the Spanish and no English entertainment as advertised."
