"Fantastic for families"

"Great location and breakfast"

"Hotel in a central location - very close to the bus and train station. Absolutely amazing breakfast which included omelettes, pancakes. Everything that you could think of. Very busy hotel which held outside events but where we stayed on the 11th floor very quiet. Why we didn't give it 5 stars - we were there for 3 nights of which 1 morning our room wasn't cleaned until after 3pm, despite the cleaning staff being outside our room at 9.30am and another morning wasn't cleaned at all! Had to go...

"God service og venlig personale"

"Virkelig hyggeligt hotel med en skøn og uformel stemning. Kan varmt anbefales"

"Had an excellent stay, the room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful, but the jewel on the crown was the amazing breakfast. As a lactose free traveller, I appreciated the dietary options and separate fridge for alternative milks. It was exceptionally brilliant and is my number 1 choice for Gothenburg"

"Located close to the tram and ferry terminals, it was really easy to take the free ferry back and forth from the downtown to the hotel"

"Soweit alles gut."

"Helt okej"

"Pros: clean and very friendly staff. Cons: this 4 star hotel doesn’t have a simple phone in the room. So I couldn’t cal the reception nor the restaurant. Needless to say in a case of emergency I had to walk 250 feet to the next elevator and go down 8 floors and go to reception to ask for help !!!"

"Tolles Frühstück, Zimmer in Ordnung. Reinigung nur alle 4 Tage (oder auf Anfrage). Schade war, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Gute Lage, Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe."

"We had a room on the 6th floor with a balcony. Great view although not much sun in October. Very nice fresh breakfast with fresh juices and drip coffee (I was surprised no latte machine). My spouse is a vegetarian so we always appreciate when vegetarian diets are considered. Hotel is quite clean and spacious. We travelled with our dog and we had a small dog bed with 2x drinking bowls in the room on arrival. There is a very nice looking restaurant and a rooftop bar that is also dog...

"The staff"

"館内は清潔で快適に過ごせました。スタッフの対応も親切で、とても好印象でした。 朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富で豪華、とても満足できました。また、ホテルのバーでいただいたドリンクや食事も美味しかったです。 立地も良く、リセベリ遊園地やコンサートホールまで徒歩で行けるので、観光にも便利でした。 家族連れにもおすすめできるホテルです。"

"Best Hotel Breakfast with a huge range of food. Rooms a bit smelly and you cant open the Windows. Not one of them. Bathroom Was a bit dirty with haar not from us."

"Can't get enough of this hotel! Staff are very warm, friendly and goes out of their way to help!"
