Hotel guests also have access to snap fitness that is open 24/7, attached mall has plenty of f&b, cafe, supermarkets. Thumbs up!"

"Easy to find, great easy parking, quiet accommodation, friendly reception staff, apartment had everything I needed. Overall pretty clean however couch was significantly stained and shower cubicle could have been cleaner (bits of soap on floor). Furniture arrangement comfortable for me, however could be a problem for others with more people staying eg. only a two seater couch in lounge area of two bedroom apartment (so potentially 4 guests). Overall comfortable stay and would happily book again...

"We stayed there twice during our 3-week visit to family in the area. Very convenient location in the Cheltenham shopping area, and close to the train station. We appreciated space to spread out and eat in the apartment. The underground parking is somewhat challenging for larger cars."

"The car was parked in the numbered car park and was covered in branches and leaves, they had trimmed the trees all over the car without notice Maybe next time they should put out hats or something to not park in those bays if they are gardening I was not impressed as its a new car"
