"Property was great and it was super easy to get in and out of. Central to most of Reno so getting around was quick and easy. A few little things that made it not a 5-star experience. Our fridge jn our unit had a VERY loud compressor. Thankful the fuse box was accessible so I shut it off for our stay because we didn’t use it the 4 days we were there. The smaller window in our room didn’t close all the way because someone had slammed it shut with this lock closed and it damaged it. Was kind of...

"Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. "

"Pictures on line when you book make it look like you are booking a new modern contemporary condo. In fact the condo was built in the 70’s and everything inside was old and mismatched. Again, it was clean, but my lower rating is due to the misleading pictures "

"Overall stay is good and lodge is cozy and a large size of kitchen with full utensils to use, which are very convenient. A few things that the management may think to improve: the washer and dryer, especially the dryer is not clean and some dust even coins left inside the dryer. Customer service phone number is not reachable the day after Xmas so there is nobody to answer our questions."
