"Very clean room with some being balconies and some window. Some rooms are smaller than others but ours was very spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful and the area felt very safe. Was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again."

"Not a four star hotel. More like bad student accommodation with prison vibes. We have stayed in better budget, even lower star hotels. Just a strange place. The receptionist was unwelcoming and abrupt and no smile or friendliness. The rooms are cramped and so basic. The carpet is worn and like it’s been pulled from a an old office. The floors were incredibly hard and rough, and my daughter feel off the bed and badly bashed her head and it also scraped her skin. We asked for two cots a few days...

"We had a lovely sea view, the staff were really helpful, the food was excellent and the hotel was beautiful but there was just a few negatives, the toilet paper was only one ply which is false economy and the towels in the room were so thin and not the big fluffy towels we're used to in a hotel of this standard"

"The location was what I expected. A quiet and beautiful place but close to playa de Illetas beach. A short ride to Palma as well. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was what I expected. Only had the dinner buffet once as we wanted to explore local restaurants. It was okay but couldn’t complain as we were tired from a long flight. Diego at the front desk was very helpful and patient with us. I will definitely return back and stay in the ocean view room next time!"

"This hotel has an amazing location right on the harbour. I recommended getting a sea view room with balcony so you can enjoy the twinkling nights at night and the beautiful bright mornings watching the boat trips and kayaking in the harbour. Loved the generosity of a free small bottle of fizz and a voucher for a glass of sangria in the room on arrival. Fantastic breakfast with lots of local food to try and good vegan/vegi options. We All the staff were really friendly and the room was spotlessly...
