"We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location and we chose a sea view room, which was well worth it for the beautiful views. We stayed during peak season, so the nightly rate was quite expensive, but that's to be expected. The property was very clean, although our room could have done with a little updating and it makes. "The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything and only a short taxi ride from Palma airport. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely sea view. The pool area is quite small and sunloungers are all reserved from very early on but the bar served good drinks and the views were spectacular. "If you’re looking to stay at a place that’s a glammed hostel - this is it. Hallways are carpeted and stained Arrived to a double room with one room only One pillow and a double bed A pull out couch with stains, no linens and two bath towels. We waited over an hour for help and we received none. It was by far the biggest disappointment. We ultimately left and relocated to another hotel."
