"A beautifully designed hotel in a fantastic location. The (included) breakfast has a good selection and breakfast on the balcony watching sunrise was very special. Staff were consistently helpful. The bike garage in adjacent building was a nice extra that made daily cycling so much easier"

"Not my first time at the hotel. I like the location and the decor. The reception team are very kind and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. I would not recommend their single rooms though, they are really tiny and dark. Food has somehow got worse this year, both in quality and availability. It needs to be revamped in my opinion."

"Lovely staff especially the very friendly cleaners. Musicians were high quality especially the acoustic guitarist. Exceptional view from the terrace. Spa good and Masseur Judith very good Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Booked for 3 days cycling. Awesome views Amazing staff, so helpful, assisted with washing kit. Bike set up inc hose and stand. Secure storage. Great location. 100% be back"

"They have a hot tub on the top floor which would have been great as we booked the Terrace suite , however it was very old , did not work properly and was not clean . Very old they need to replace it . It was very dirty. Also no canopy over it as it was broken and we informed staff who said that the maintenance sense man would fix it , this didn’t happen whilst we were there. Would have been nice to use hot tub not only one set of jets were working and it was not clean . Head rest fell of and it...

"This is a nice hotel and excellent for cyclists with convenient Nike storage in tueblower level. Staff were very friendly and the buffet was great."

"Stay somewhere else would be my recommendation. We had safety issues with not being able to lock our room which was more of a concern for us having young kids. The food made us very sick the first dinner meal and to be honest it's a bit expensive vs the great food options in the port. I would stay further into the port with better hotel and better food options. The staff here is friendly but otherwise I would avoid this place. It's rating is higher than it should be."

"The hotel had a lovely pool area and the room was clean and very spacious, even with the baby cot in the room. Buffet was great, especially in the evenings when there was always plenty of variety. Very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, with local restaurants and the beach just a two minute walk away. Parking was also very easy. Only minor negative thing is that the shower isn’t designed very well - the edge of the shower tray isn’t high enough, meaning that...
